EVE Energy's Omnicell showcased in International Lithium Battery Advanced Technology Innovation Summit, leading a new trend in the field.

From July 3rd to 5th, the first Caishenndao International Lithium Battery Advanced Technology Innovation Summit was held in Shanghai. Feng Yanqiang, Product Director of EVE Energy Battery System Research Institute, was invited to attend and share the progress of cylindrical product development.

Feng Yanqiang introduced the development path and technology accumulation of EVE Energy cylindrical batteries and highlighted the development and delivery status of large cylindrical batteries. He indicated that in 2023, EVE Energy had been the first company to achieve mass production and delivery of large cylindrical batteries in China. In October 2023, a large cylindrical battery was installed in some models of Changan Nevo. Within 8 months of mass production, over 21,000 vehicles were delivered. Currently, 13,000 vehicles have operated stably for more than 1,000 kilometers, with the longest mileage reaching 83,000 kilometers, and have achieved the outstanding performance of "zero safety incidents". This not only reflects the production efficiency and product quality but also the market’s recognition of the large cylindrical battery technology of EVE Energy.

The battery life in low-temperature environments is increased by 20%, the low-temperature acceleration performance is improved by 100%, and millisecond-level power response can be achieved. The bottom protection of the Omnicell is 6.6 times higher than the national standard strength, and there is no fear of bottom bumps. With the high-temperature thermal runaway NTP and ultra-high safety redundancy design, it can achieve worry-free driving in all road conditions to ensure thermal safety in all scenarios. In addition, Omnicell batteries also have the advantages such as high residual value, easy to disassemble, and renewable, which are conducive to resource recycling and environmentally sustainable development.
