On 18th April, the 10-day 20th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “Auto Shanghai 2023”) kicked off. EVE Energy, as a leading battery manufacturer, showcases its products, such as power batteries, BMS, battery systems, and automotive electronics, and released its product solutions for passenger vehicles.
Auto Shanghai 2023, a grand industrial event for car manufacturers around the world, with the theme of “Embracing the New Era of Automobile Industry”, has attracted more than 1,000 mainstream international and domestic car manufacturers to display their latest products and solutions.
On 19th April, EVE Energy held a press conference for passenger vehicles solutions, covering a range of products such as prismatic laminated cells, 46 large cylindrical cells, and 12V and 48V battery systems, which can satisfy the application needs of different scenarios to serve different models with better services.
During the conference, Mr. Sheng Ning, Director of the Domestic Marketing Center at EVE Power, introduced prismatic laminated cells that have outstanding advantages in terms of performance and manufacturing. By taking full use of the internal space of the battery, the prismatic laminated cells serve private cars and commercial cars with higher energy density, stable internal structure, and better safety.
The large cylindrical cells and π battery system are the eye-catchers on the EVE Energy showcases. π battery system can solve the problem of fast-charging heat through π-shaped three-dimensional liquid cooling technology and supports fast charging. Meanwhile, based on CTP integration technology, new materials are applied to reduce the weight of the system by 10% and achieve small space, low weight, and high endurance. Thereby, it contributes to reducing the weight and cost of vehicles, which creates economical and environmentally friendly solutions for passenger vehicles.
12V battery system solves the problems of lead-acid batteries, which perform well in low-temperature performance, high-temperature use, and cycle life. It can adapt to multiple models such as SUVs, VAN, and sedans to satisfy the diversified and high economical needs of the market. The 48V battery system adopts integrated liquid cooling and extreme temperature equalization technology to protect the cycle and provide strong power for the vehicle.
At this exhibition, EVE shows the core advantage and its innovative technologies of power batteries for passenger vehicles solutions and commercial application solutions. In the future, EVE will create products with higher quality, better performance, and higher safety, helping passenger car companies to upgrade their electrification, and providing more comfortable and intelligent driving experiences for customers.
